Peter is a professional with over 10 years of experience in the energy industry. Over the past few years he has managed several large transitions and change programs in the B2C domain as a (senior) business analyst, team coach, and internal consultant. In previous assignments Peter has gained ample knowledge on trading, performance management, and energy production.

Peter was the driving force behind the continuous development of the delivery of Essent’s delivery model based on scaled agile. He focussed on the inter-team collaboration, road mapping, and design of agile portfolio management and corresponding governance.

Being a systematic thinker, Peter keeps track of projects as a whole and to translate observations to pragmatic and applicable solutions. Interdisciplinary collaboration and the empowerment of unique talents within the team are an important part of his approach.
