With a master’s degree within civil engineering and real-life experience from both production and IT change projects Lovisa has experienced firsthand the value that new, and digital, solutions can bring with it. Lovisa also believes that finding the right concept is only the start of the journey, as implementation and organizational change can be as important to reap the real benefits of digital solutions. The combination of technical-, analytical- and social factors are the key elements that Lovisa aims to use to generate maximum value.
