Erwin is an enthusiastic allrounder with experience as a business consultant and project manager. He has had the privilege to be a part of an ERP and Field Service Management system implementation at an early stage in his career. In this programme he developed a passion for the job. Furthermore he developed his analytical skills by translating the business requirements into a solution design, and later he developed his change- and project management skills while realizing the design.​

Erwin has a curious mindset and will quickly sort out the situation. He will want to make sure he truly understands what the real question or desire is, instead of jumping to conclusions. With the end goal in mind he is determined and driven to make any project or solution a success.
