Crystal enjoys developing (digital) strategies and uniting business and technology to deliver business value. She published a scientific paper on that particular topic, in collaboration with colleagues Gerard, Albert, and Fabian and Utrecht University, in which she researched the role of Anderson MacGyver’s Operating Model Canvas in successfully developing a digital strategy.

As a consultant at Anderson MacGyver, Crystal often combines her knowledge in the field of business informatics with her passion for digital strategy in strategic and organisational assignments.

Crystal is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed. She enjoys working on modelling assignments and gets invigorated by collaboratively gaining new insights.
