In the last decade at PostNL he was a front runner in embracing and implementing data and AI technologies. In his executive role he always emphasized the business relevance of data and AI and achieving real business benefits (with fun, energy and innovation at the same time). Frank will share his experiences on building the data foundation and on creating business opportunities with data, machine learning and AI at PostNL. The logistic operations as well as customer experience has changed significantly at PostNL over the last 10 years leading to a customer driven scalable logistics operations.
