At Anderson MacGyver, we believe technology only creates real value when people can work with it effectively. We are a management consultancy that helps organizations navigate challenges at the intersection of business and technology, with a specialization in the vital sectors that keep our society running, from energy networks to healthcare and defense. Because when failure is not an option, we are the ones you call.
As a Senior Consultant Organization & Sourcing, you take a leading role in complex advisory projects around designing and implementing digital organizations, sourcing strategy, and vendor governance. You are both a substantive expert and a trusted sparring partner for executive and C-level stakeholders. You combine strategic sharpness with hands-on involvement in execution.
What you will be doing:
- Leading advisory and implementation projects around organization design, including teams, roles, responsibilities, scale, ways of working, and governance
- Developing sourcing strategies, business cases, and implementation plans, and guiding the teams responsible for execution
- Advising executive boards and management teams on operating models, organizational design choices, make-or-buy decisions, insourcing, and outsourcing
- Coaching colleagues and contributing to the substantive development of the practice
- Actively contributing to business development, relationship management, and proposition development
On Fridays, we come together at the office. We discuss current themes, develop new concepts, and share knowledge. You play an active role in this as a substantive expert.
Who are you?
You are a confident and substantively strong advisor who makes a difference in complex organizational challenges. You are able to think strategically and act pragmatically. You build trust easily with clients and colleagues and take ownership of the end result.
Are you the senior advisor we are looking for? We would be happy to get to know you.
