As Program Manager ERP, SaaS & IT Outsourcing, you are responsible for the successful delivery of complex IT programs: from ERP migrations and implementations to SaaS rollouts and the transition of IT solutions to external vendors. You manage time, budget and quality and you maintain oversight of teams, dependencies, and suppliers, even as complexity increases.

What you will be doing:

  • Planning, managing, and delivering ERP migrations, ERP implementations, and SaaS deployments
  • Monitoring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives
  • Tracking progress, resolving issues, and escalating risks in a timely manner
  • Managing IT delivery arrangements: vendor onboarding, SLA monitoring, and performance reviews
  • Ensuring internal teams and external vendors deliver in accordance with program requirements and contractual agreements
  • Leading and coaching project managers and delivery teams across ERP, SaaS, and outsourcing streams
  • Establishing governance structures, reporting frameworks, and KPIs
  • Communicating clearly and regularly with stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
