At Anderson MacGyver, we believe technology only delivers real value when people can work with it to its full potential. We are a management consulting firm that helps organizations tackle challenges at the intersection of business and technology with a specialization in the critical sectors that keep our society running: from energy grids to healthcare and defense. Because when failure is not an option, we’re the ones you call.

As Medior Consultant Organization & Sourcing, you help large organizations make better decisions about how they structure their IT function and organize their technology delivery. You work at the intersection of organizational design, sourcing strategy, and IT governance, from evaluating make-or-buy decisions to guiding vendor selection processes and redesigning IT operating models.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyzing IT operating models and sourcing arrangements, and advising on opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting sourcing strategies, market consultations, and procurement processes
  • Guiding organizational change around IT: role allocation, governance, and collaboration
  • Developing advisory deliverables and presentations for executive and C-level stakeholders
  • Contributing to knowledge development and proposition building within the practice

Every week brings a mix of client work, analysis, collaboration, and preparation. On Fridays, we work together at the office to further develop our practice. We discuss current market topics and use those conversations to develop our own concepts and approaches.

Who are you?

You are analytically strong, curious, and driven by substance. You feel at home in complex organizational challenges and are able to identify patterns and formulate clear recommendations. You are proactive, work independently, and are at the same time a genuine team player.
