Business Tech. Human Touch.
Vacancy
At Anderson MacGyver, we believe technology only creates real value when people can work with it effectively. We are a management consultancy that helps organizations navigate challenges at the intersection of business and technology, with a specialization in the vital sectors that keep our society running, from energy networks to healthcare and defense.
Because when failure is not an option, we’re the ones you call.
What will you do?
As a Junior Digital Transformation Consultant, you’ll work within one of our areas of expertise on real challenges at leading organizations in critical sectors. You think analytically, use AI as a natural part of your daily practice, and contribute to meaningful client outcomes from day one.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze complex challenges at the intersection of business, data, and technology
- Advise on organizational design, sourcing decisions, technology landscapes, or digital strategy and help implement those recommendations
- Apply AI tools in your day-to-day work: from analysis and research to proposition development and presentations
- Contribute to client engagements from diagnosis through implementation, up to the executive and C-suite level
- Support the acquisition of new projects and develop propositions within the practice
Every week brings a mix of analysis, design, guidance, and teamwork. Together with and for our clients. On Fridays, we come together at the office to advance our practice, discuss current market topics, and develop our own concepts and methodologies from those conversations.
