Marcel has gained experience as CIO at PostNL, and in several business roles within several companies as advisor, supervisory board member and managing director. This mix of business and IT roles has created his passion for transformation over three domains. Business, Digital and IT. Real transformation towards agility and digital savvy companies only occur when all three domains are transforming in line with each other.

Marcel works with people and through people. By generating insights in cooperation with each other all people get stronger to enable, and lead transformation within their own responsibility. Teamwork as foundation, personal strength as driver, relativity in looking at business challenges. Marcel combines theory with pragmatical interventions to enable change.
