Lisa Folkertsma

Management Consultant

Lisa is a committed management consultant, driven by the value that can be delivered by technology. She has a background in Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft, where she combined her interest in technology and human behaviour in the master Design for Interaction. Lisa enjoys to work on projects varying from (agile) organization design to IT implementations. Her strength lies in the focus on the human aspect of the transformation.

Lisa finds energy in working on complex projects and creating a connection with the people involved. She is result-oriented and loves to work in multidisciplinary teams to find suitable and creative solutions.
