Als Senior Consultant Strategy & Digital Products, you will take a leading role in strategic advisory engagements around digital strategy and transformation. You help executive teams and management answer the four questions that matter to every leader:
- Do we have a clear view of where we stand and what’s coming our way?
- Which ambition and strategic choices will set our course?
- How do we translate strategy into concrete choices, actions, and results?
- How do we maintain control, realize value, and course-correct where needed?
You combine strategic sharpness with hands-on involvement in execution, and you are a trusted sounding board at the executive and management level. You will join the Strategy practice, where you’ll help develop our own products and methods together with your colleagues.
Was werden Sie tun:
- Advise Boards of Directors, executive teams, and management teams in vital sectors: Construction & Infrastructure, Defense & Security, Food & Health, Finance & Insurance, and Energy & Natural Resources
- Develop and deliver digital/business strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into investment plans, programs, and governance frameworks that accelerate digital transformation
- Guide clients through strategic decision-making
- Guide the effective execution of strategy
- Lead teams in strategic advisory engagements and coach colleagues
- Win new engagements, build relationships, and further grow our “strategy execution” business
- Work with our own products and methods, including PULSE (analysis of the effectiveness of IT spend; data-driven decision-making) and Digital Business Insights, to translate data-driven insights into concrete decisions
- Contribute to the substantive development of the Strategy & Digital Products practice and its propositions
Every week offers a mix of client work, analysis, collaboration and content preparation. On Fridays, we come together at the office. We discuss current topics, develop new concepts, and share knowledge. You play an active role in this as a subject-matter expert.
Was ist notwendig?
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a comparable field
- At least 8 years of experience in a consulting environment or a relevant leadership role
- Proven track record of leading complex advisory and change engagements
- Knowledge of, and experience with, business strategy and translating it into digital strategy and IT investments
- Extensive experience with digital transformation: strategy und execution, including change management
- Experience with security, risk management, and compliance
- Affinity with new technology such as AI, and advising clients on AI strategy and adoption
- Broad knowledge of, and experience in, at least one of the vital sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurship; you spot opportunities with clients and in the market and know how to turn them into concrete initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills at the executive and C-level
- Fließend Niederländisch und Englisch
- International experience is a plus
